Cubacar Plus Client

Cubacar Plus, the client afilated to this program get amazing benefits taking into acount its clasification from 2 stars to 5 stars. The advantages of this program: • Discounts uo to 25 %. • Priority when reserving. • Extra time to return the car back. • No extra payment for dropping off in a different place. • No extra payment for a 2nd driver (additional driver). • No payment of certain penalties. Condition to be part of this program: 1. Number of days you rent / Times you rent in a year. 2. Type of car. The client get points, and this way a card is given with name, an ID number and category. Rent Conditions

1-      The client committed to pay the debits derived from the service given in the current contract.

 

2-      The client acknowledges to have received the vehicle with good functioning conditions together with the accessories described in it and he/she is committed to return it with the same conditions it had when received an in the date specified at the moment it was rented, as well as, to pay the accessories and parts of the vehicle missing when delivering and that were not pointed as missing when it was received.

 

3-      The duration of the rent is consigned in the contract and it is calculated based in hours and days since the moment it is signed, so it ought to be paid in the date and time agreed. If the client wants to lengthen the rent he/she must go to the nearest Cubacar´s office to legalize the tenancy f the vehicle.

 

4-      The client will pay as deposit the amount agreed in the public Cubacar´s tariff for each kind of vehicle. If the deposit of guarantee is in form of blank charge warrant in the credit card, Cubacar has authorization to fill it and charge for it in any moment without prior notice for the amounts used by the client according to the clauses of this contract.

 

5-      The client count on 59 minutes bonus, after that time, and until 5 hours there is a 1/5 bonus of daily tariff by each extra hour.

 

6-      Cubacar only makes refunding to the signatory of the contract and with the same form of the rent´s payment.

 

7-      The vehicle will only be driven by the client or the additional driver authorized under his/her responsibility.

 

8-      The client and the authorized drivers must obey the current traffic resolutions, as well as not to exceed the limit of persons to be transported fixed for each kind of vehicle in the observe of the contract.

 

9-      When the conduction of the vehicle is detected not leased by people authorized in the contract, the inspectors of the Ministry of the Tourism or of the own Managerial Group Transtur, of checking this violation, notified this situation in the contract to the client with an upward penalty to the lost of the amount of the pending days of using and the one deposits of guarantee, as well as they will proceed to move away him the leased vehicle, also losing the right to the welcomed to the covering of relief of responsibility.

 

10-   The client resigns to all lawsuit against Cubacar due to any accidental damage caused because of bad manipulation, failure to comply traffic or vehicle maintenance regulations.

 

11-   Cubacar does not assumes responsibility of robbery, loss or damage of any good, personal property of the client or passengers, left or abandoned in the vehicle during or after the period of rent.

 

12-   When decided, Cubacar will be able to cancel the contract and proceed to repay 100% o the time that was not used, unless what it is currently stated is being violated.

 

13-   Cubacar exempts its client of responsibility, if the client obeys current contract´s regulations, protecting it against fire, partial or total robbery, crash or overturning, accidents, and natural disaster; as well as damage to other people´s property and/or injuries or death produced to other people, while driving along the public road. In all cases, the client must inform immediately to the competent authorities and present to the agency, before or after, the form ratifying that the loss or robbery was informed; and in the case of accidents, the report of the police officer on duty in that place or the inspectors of the enterprise, that will be used to prove guilt in case there is. If proven guilty, the client will pay the amount agreed in the obverse, if not proven guilty he/she will not pay any amount. The client will be covered during the valid period of the contract and if an accident occurs until hours after its expiration, with the correspondent legal requirement.

 

14-   The client will lose all rights to be exempted of responsibility by Cubacar when incurring in irresponsible acts or violation of the current regulations and the ones agreed in this contract, as well as when driving the vehicle having ingested alcohol or psychotropic substance and its manipulation by a driver not authorized in this contract, for this reason a total amount should be paid because for the damages caused t vehicle and t other people, in case one of these violations are detected.

 

15-   The client must take the vehicle to the nearest Agency before exceeding the amount o kilometers specified in the contract for maintenance as well as for checking oil, radiator water levels, and the tire´s air pressure. Any damage or stoppage caused to the vehicle due to the violation of this statement ought to be paid by the client.

 

16-   If a violation to the speedometer is proven, the client must pay a drive equivalent to 200 km for each day or days´ fraction, the period of time that would possess, this fine will also be effective if the speedometer stops working and the client does not inform in time to the Rental Agency.

 

17-   The client must obey the following: Do not use the vehicle to obtain profits, do not use it to pull other vehicle; do not overload it according to its resistance and/or capacity; to lock the vehicle when not inside it; do not take part in car races, endurance proofs, speed or aerobatics and do not transport inflammables, explosives, drugs or similar.

 

18-   In case of damage, accident or other similar inconvenient the client must inform immediately to the nearest Agency, a well as to take measures to avoid damages, accidents or robbery. The client takes responsibility of the vehicle while it is under his/her possession through this contract.

 

19-   If the client is not allowed to use the rented vehicle, will not have the right to demand the restitution of the rent, and he/she must pay the expenses for dismissed profit because of the stoppage of the vehicle and for the accidents caused. In the case the vehicle is confiscated he/she must pay to the Rental Agency.

 

20-   The client can pay off all the amounts in any Agency of that Rental authorized to receive it, and must pay additionally, the return t the Agency that sent him/her based on the established drop off.

 

21-   The client must use only super special gas.

 

22-   The rent tariff, selling of fuel, additional Km, exceeding time of the rental service and return of the Rental office, is subjected to changes without previous notice.

 

23-   Tow truck service is given free of charge by any Rental Agency, if the clients is not guilty. If the clients is not guilty. If the client is guilty he/she must pay for the service according to the tariffs defined by the enterprise. Any client´s negligence causing damage to the rented vehicle, must by paid to the Rental with the amount established in the penalty and damage supplements.
